Every automated draft - a quote, a reply, a follow-up - gets a human-approval step by default until it has a track record. Your reputation with your customers isn't something we experiment on.
Who we build for
General and specialty contractors quote jobs, chase subs, and follow up on bids in roughly the same way across the trade. Material suppliers and distributors run a different loop - inventory, purchase orders, delivery scheduling - but sit right next to that same customer base. We treat the two as related, not identical, and build accordingly rather than forcing one playbook onto both.
We're based in Vancouver, WA and work in person and remotely across Clark County, with Cowlitz County and Multnomah County next on the map.
